What we collect, and what we do with it.
Last updated October 2026.
What we collect
When you send a quote request, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, location and description of the job. When you call, our phone system records the number you call from, the time and length of the call, and any voicemail or recording, with notice at the start of the call.
Like most websites, we may use basic analytics that record pages visited and general location, without identifying you personally.
How we use it
We use your information to connect your request with an independent local tree company that serves your area, and to keep records of requests received. We don't sell your information.
Who we share it with
Your request is shared with the tree company handling it, and processed by the services we use to run the site, such as our form and phone providers.
Your choices
To ask about or delete information you've sent us, use the quote form and say what you'd like removed.
